I have a couple of questions. The first is when I do a search on someone's
e-mail, the search comes up, but the route info screen comes up in front of
it, and I have to go to main menu before I can minimize the screen so I can
see what the search found. I'm wondering if maybe I'm doing something wrong
in the search, or if this is a feature :)
The other thing is we use the technical support notes to note every call,
and I'm wondering if we can have the notes work in a bit of a different
fashion. The problem I have now, is that we have a few customers, and they
have a number of tech calls already, so I have to scroll down to see the
latest tech calls. Can you set it so that the note field is set with the
most current note at the top, and have in go down in descending order by
date?
