'64/27.26.31.209.in-addr.arpa.' is the name of the DNS _zone_. It doesn't
necessarily have to be the name of the zone _file_. So, you could make the
file name be '64-27.26.31.209.in-addr.arpa.', but within the file you still
specify the name of the zone (i.e., the name of the SOA record) as
'64/27.26.31.209.in-addr.arpa.'
