From: Thomas Fox Date: Tuesday, April 2, 2002 Time: 1:23:57 pm Shawn, What is the exact format of the postcards required to be able to use the Postcard1, Postcard2 and Postcard3 invoice formats? For example, 3x5, 4x6, etc.? And what do you recommend as a source for them? Is there a way to set up a billing class, such that customers in one class received a postcard style invoice, where another would receive a laser substrates style invoice? For the rest of the list: Do you invoice using postcards? Do your customers object to having a postcard invoice, where the billing information is visible? My water bill at home and at the office come on postcards, and it seems a reasonable method for small regular "utility-like" billings, but probably not for more elaborate business billings.
