Works fine for me... I tested it every way and it works as expected for me.
If they have the domain on their account, they can use it... if they don't,
they cannot.

Go back to my original question and please check to see if any other
customers have that same domain on their account. Also, check to make sure
there are no spaces or any extra characters in the domain, as the system
would think a space is part of the domain.
