Search Again: Pending Accounts From: Ron Lockard Date: Monday, April 15, 2002 Time: 4:12:38 pm Shawn, It appears that my Pending Accounts created via the web interface are actually firing the server events although they are remaining in a Pending state. Is this normal? It's actually the behavior I want although if they are created on the server after their credit card is authorized (and only if the credit card authorization goes thru), I'd prefer them to be transitioned to a Current state instead. To me Pending shouldn't be created on the server as it's in an unapproved status. Also, when a customer signs up via the web interface for service, they are only being invoiced for the Setup Fee (which is $0) and not for the actual Billing Cycle Item that's added to their account. How do I make it bill them for the actual Billing Cycle Item?
