I agree, and we do have login and passwords for our users. We randomly
generate a login based on a 10 character sequence using the numbers 0-9.
Basically using it for an Account Number considering it is the true unique
identifier. We then send this info to the customer so they can use the web
interface. Considering that we have mostly business customers however, they
never come in from the email address that we have on file so can't associate
that way.
