Search Again: Usage Import on hold accounts / Canceled accts From: JGALVEZ Date: Wednesday, May 1, 2002 Time: 10:20:30 am Shawn, I just found out that doing the Usage Import "after" auto-tasks has deactivated or placed on hold accounts, does not put the USAGE on the "On Hold" accounts. Please, even if the account is On Hold for any reason the usage should be posted to the account, either for stats or because usage importation is done just once a month. Other reason is because for example customer requests to be placed on hold for 15 days, the day 15th of the month (he used from 1st to 14th) and from 15th to 30ed will be out.
