Please, even if the account is On Hold for any reason the usage should be posted to the account, either for stats or because usage importation is done just once a month. Other reason is because for example customer requests to be placed on hold for 15 days, the day 15th of the month (he used from 1st to 14th) and from 15th to 30ed will be out.
