Search Again: Importing Usage From: Marian McCurdy Date: Wednesday, May 1, 2002 Time: 3:00:51 pm About half of our users are on timed accounts. The problem is, the billing cycles for these accounts are based on the customer's signup date. Is there anyway in Optigold to import a log file for a found set of customers, e.g. all customers whose billing date is the 10th of the month? Or any other way to get accurate usage for these customers? We're in the process of trying the product and it seems fantastic - just trying to find a way around this (other than switching everybody to the first of the month!)
