Shawn,
I'm sorry to inform you tthat it's not posible to have the same account
name twice, we cannot have customer SHAWN twice, so, the account shawn,
will always import his data, not others.
Now, when you say CANCEL the account, all the data, e-mails, everything is
deleted from that account from everywhere, and then if you "create" a new
account is a brand new account, with brand new records, everywhere
