No... something like that would need to be done external of Optigold... I
would say most people charge for usage from the 1st of the month to the 31st
of the month (regardless of their billing cycle).
One reason for doing it that way is the dialup resellers (MegaPOP for
example) charge during the month, not during an arbitrary cycle per
customer.
