Search Again: Automation From: WMOL Administration Date: Wednesday, May 1, 2002 Time: 5:13:29 pm Ok kids, time for me to get some more things automated. Anybody got a solution for creating users / domains on; 1. *nix box with bind (DNS) Need to create the .db file and put the proper entry into the .conf file (.conf file is alphabetized, possble?) 2. w2k dns server. Need to add entries for 2ndary dns to the *nix box. 3. FTP. Currently using serv-u 2.x but will move to something else if it can get it's info. from sql. Anybody else got serv-u automated by OG? 4. Setup domains on IIS5 I'm open for suggestions... what are you guys doing? Does it work well? We should create a repository for scripts, utils, etc...
