Re: offer codes

Yeah I am using the default pages.

I wasn't assigning everything to an account class and that appears to
have an affect. I wasn't assigning them because I wanted those
particular items to show up in ALL lists (account classes). I assumed
they'd show up everywhere if the account class was left blank, but this
appears to work backwards. They are shown as long as you don't enter an
offer code (along with all the other offer code items in this case).
Then when you enter an offer code it restricts it to only those specific
offer code items, and no longer shows the generic ones.

It also has an affect if you have an account class that doesn't have an
item enabled on the web interface setup. In that case, if you input the
offer code for the corresponding account class (with no items enabled),
everything is shown whether of that class or not. Why is the list not
BLANK in this case?

Also if I enable items in the secondary services that are only for 1
account class, they show up for all others unless I also enter an item
for every other account class in the secondary items. I don't need
secondary items for every account class so this doesn't work.

Seems to be a hole there somewhere to me.

Ron

Well, I've just tried it every way possible that I can think of... and
it
DOES appear to be working as it's supposed to (only showing items for
the
account class in primary *and* secondary slots). Are you using the
default
web pages?
