Search Again: Customer''s Birthday date From: Javier Galvez Date: Tuesday, May 7, 2002 Time: 6:05:29 am Shawn, I know that everything here is just business, but I would suggest adding a field within "CUSTOMER INFO" called Birthday date, not just for "validation purposes", but also if it's filled, to send this person a congratulations's e-mail. You will not beleive, but this increases customer's loyalty and that's necesary to keep in business. Adding a form letter, and a Server event for automatically triggering this at certain date, will be a great asset on our marketing tools.
