There is no DNS query that returns a list of zones hosted on a server.

QuickDNS Remote only accepts connections from QuickDNS Manager, which
is itself not controllable by other programs on Windows (other than
keyfake programs like Easy Macro).

Therefore, the best option for you may be to simply read
/var/named/conf/zones, or else start from a directory listing from
either /var/named/conf/zoneopt/* or /var/named/hosts/*/*.

On the Mac side, QuickDNS Manager is scriptable. In fact, there's an
AppleScript we included called Zone Report that lists all of your
zones in a text file. You may be able to adapt this script for your
needs. Of course, as you noted, there's no way to select multiple
zones in the Manager window.
