Can anyone tell me how to make authorize.net work on this silly thing?

Our servers are sitting behind a firewall and we don't have any valid DNS
pointing to them from the outside world...

What do I tell Authorize.net for my referring URL? What do I tell Optigold
for referring URL?

This is seeming to be really confusing... HELP!
