Pick a name that you want to block. For example, determine what
hostname MSN Messenger connects to, and create a zone of that name.
The zone should have the usual NS records pointing to your servers,
as well as:

@ A 127.0.0.1

So the completed zone might look like this (still using the shorthand
notation "@" to refer to the zone name):

@ NS sabers.twincedars.k12.ia.us.
@ A 127.0.0.1
