Oh. I had the html docs open on one Mac with Manager running on another.

Definitions of Localhost and Localnets, as used in Transfer restrictions and Query restrictions. These definitions do not appear in the Glossary and, having selected the "localnets" option when adding a transfer restriction line item, I found that it did not, as expected, permit transfers to my other servers on the same class C. I had to enter their individual IP addresses so as to allow transfers to them.

OK, that rules out one possible reason that my addition of "localnets" did not have the expected results.
