Search Again: Starting Over! From: NDawson Date: Saturday, June 1, 2002 Time: 7:43:20 am I was recently put in charge of maintaining OG! for our ISP. We hv been running it for 3 years now and it has NEVER been properly installed or correctly configured. We do most everything manually! It was never integrated with radius, etc! I hv spent 5 weeks just entering the domains; additional cust info etc. It is now billing correctly but by not being integrated with radius, most is still manual! Do u feel it would be best to actually start OVER by reentering each customers line items (they were never correct either); their info; domains; etc or trying to integrate now. I feel we are missing the majority of features in OG using it the way we do and takes x2 the time to do any 'chores' ! any suggestions would be helpful! Thank you! NDawson
