If there is a problem, then it's not slowness in your DNS's, because they
are responding quickly:

not to your DNS, it looks fine.
The "delay of first access" can be caused by your DNS having a delay
in obtaining, and caching, the answer from the authoritative NS. After
that, your NS answers quickly from its cache.
There may be some routing confusion or connectivity problem.
