Time: 3:14:47 pmFollow this scenario. I'm making collections call's. A customer promises to
pay on a certain date. I want to schedule a day to call that back. I would
have to go out of the customer screen, into the planner screen, find that
customer and schedule a call back. Can we make this easier?

You could do it with the employee planner (since it can be assigned to a
specific customer)...
