Search Again: CC Declined letter From: Bruce Huddleston Date: Monday, June 3, 2002 Time: 3:16:28 pm We processed CC's today and 6 were declined. We looked in the audit files and these 6 were not sent the CC declined letter as setup in Preferences. Where else would we look to see if it is not setup right?
