Shawn,

Is it possible to tag or mark a customer to be canceled in at a future date
in way that they won't be billed in the next round of billing?

Example:
Customer expires on 6-30-02
Customer want to close account at that time.
We mark account terminated 6-30-02
We invoice and bill all customers on 6-25-02
Customer gets billed (because the account is still current)
Customer gets mad, thinks we're not paying attention
We have to do a return (which might as well a chargeback)

How would I avoid this situation in OG?
