Time: 4:55:01 pmWe are getting ready to let the server auto-cancel accounts, but wanted to
double check on HOW it will determine what accounts need to be
canceled. We have some "snow birds" ( you know those customers who are
gone for 5 months out of the year) or customer that just ask to have their
account put on hold for one reason or another. Does the auto-server cancel
go by non-payment or how many days the customer is on hold? If we put the
customer on hold ( with a date on indefinetly), does that make a difference?
