In theory you could, although to be honest, I've never tried it (there are
thousands of fields in it within a single record since it's the preferences
file).
As far as the fields you would need, the "pSalesperson Name" is the field,
and the table is "Global_.fp5"... As far as the specific code to do it, I'm
not sure off the top of my head, because I don't have a CDML Language
Reference handy currently. You might want to pick up a copy of FileMaker
Developer, as it has a CDML Language Reference with it (or just a FileMaker
book even that has a chapter on web publishing).
