Yes, it will not cancel someone that is on a requested hold (like a
snowbird). Basically the automated tasks puts people on hold based on the
same criteria as if you click on the "Cancel Customers" button on the main
menu. So I would run that to see if you agree with who Optigold is wanting
to put on hold.
