Override Email QuestionFrom: Butch Andrews Date: Tuesday, June 4, 2002
Time: 10:26:31 amHello,
We can't seem to get multiple emails on an account to be set up so that we=
can send the invoices to the correct one. Example:
Account username is def
We have emails setup as follows
abc@domain.com
def@domain.com
ghi@domain.com
The customer wants their invoice to go to def@domain.com.
We enter def@domain.com into the override line for abc@domain.com
The option: override email sent to first email address is set to "no"
We generate invoices and the invoice is sent to abc@domain.com instead of=
def@domain.com
What are we doing wrong?
