Prorated Invoices

If a customer has a billing cycle item that is worth 3 months, and a second
product is added via the ISP Management interface that is also worth 3
months, but the expiration date on the account is 2+ months in the future,
shouldn't Optigold create an invoice prorating the second product up to the
expiration date?
