Optigold will not send an invoice or statement

Hello all,

We have an issue with one customer. For some reason,
Optigold will not send him an invoice, statement or
anything. It is centered on this ONE customer. All
other customers seem to get correspondense just fine.

What, if any, settings do I need to look at that might
unlock billing for this one customer.
