Server Events

By creating a customer via WEB interface, and also from OG itself, when
does the Server Event CREATE CUSTOMER run? Before the account is put
into PENDING, or when you approve the pending account(s)?
Next; the email account OG create automatically during creation of new
customer (not override email), I have set OG to send a letter to the
email account after creation with "welcome" etc.
But it seems that OG tries to send the mail before it creates the email
account on the server, so just comes in return to the postmaster account
:(
Script for creating new email account, is in Server Event for CREATE
CUSTOMER.
Should I put the script for creating the email account under event
CREATE EMAIL instead??
What I want;
When a new customer is punched via web or from OG itself, it should be
put on PENDING (works today).
Upon aprovement of customer, a Server Event script should do;
-Script 1 : Make the customer within SQL (works today)
-Script 2 : Make the email account on my mailserver (it does, but then
the same account ends up under Server Actions Email)
Please help me out here...
