Re: Server EventsFrom: Stigh Aarstein Date: Thursday, June 20, 2002
Time: 12:01:21 pmShawn,
Thanx so far.
So; by putting the email creation under CREATE EMAIL event instead of
under CREATE CUSTOMER; I will have complete control of email creation.
But when does OG send the email to the customer; during approve of
pending, or after SERVER ACTIONS EMAIL has been done?
I sent a request to you few days ago; when salesperson makes the account
from WEB, could I make an email (with a custom letter) go to the
SALESPERSON after he has completed the signup procedure? This for;
confirmation of signup etc.

When it's approved from pending.

Yes, there is hopefully a fix coming for that soon, where you will be
able
to specify a lag time for the email sending.

If you make the event as a "Create Email" event, you should be good to
go...
