Debbie,

I'm going to try and help you with your Authnet problem since shawn is

out of town for a few days.

first I need to ask a few questions.

1) What Operating System are you using to run the transactions from?

I am run XP

2) Do you know what version of CCAuthorize you have installed? I'm not

sure where that is displayed in OG, but probably in the credit card

set-up screen. If so, please tell me.

CCAuthorize: V2.6.28, Optigold: V3.01, FileMaker: Pro 5.0V3,

NetTools: V2.1.5, SQL: JSQL Plugin V1.0.5

3) Can you think of anything that changed recently with your OptiGold

installation, or the machine you're having these problems on?

Nope, not at all.

4) You said your echeck transactions started failing three days ago. Do

you run these most every day? I'm just wondering if we can narrow the

source of the problems down to a specific day (just in case I have to

deal with Authorize.net and bug them for what might have changed with

their servers).

Yes, I am running the OG automated task daily, plus I take in

customers=92 payments daily. That was the reason why I knew
something

was wrong when I couldn=92t manually process transactions of
several

customers.

Thanks for your time. We'll get to the bottom of this soon.
