It's much simpler for us to run the envelopes through the printer than peel and stick lablels...plus it looks nicer too. Second...I notice on invoices to credit card customers there is a line that says that the card will automatically be billed on the renewal date...well, we don't automatically renew customers who pay quarterly or annually. We would rather send these customers and invoice and let them decide whether they want to use a credit card or pay with a check. Any way to remove this line? I don't see it in invoice setup. I'm assuming the only way to do it is to go back and remove the "use credit card" option in their billing cycle...which we have to do anyway to keep them from getting auto-billed.
