As I understand it, this should work with the current version of
QuickDNS for Mac OS X - the DNS server component is BIND 8.2.4, which
ought to handle this.

dns1.menandmice.com (217.151.171.7) runs classic Mac OS (8.6 if I'm
not mistaken). It's an old PowerMac. 217.151.171.71 is not a DNS
server.
