I did this and it worked well (I actually did the detailed report, so I
know which customers have the outdated packages), but it shows all
customers, not current ones only. Is there any way to have it list only
current customers? It's weird, because I did a report for Feb., and I
don't know why customers that were cancelled months ago are showing up
there...they don't owe us money, they have no open invoices, etc. Another
weird thing is that in the detailed report, there were no logins listed in
the login column...

Also, I was going through the account status' of customers, and I found
with listed as 'Entry'...I've never seen this. Can this have been created
by an employee (Optigold user), or did Optigold do this?

Also, in the message center, when a message gets longer than the size of
the box, it extends kind of weird. Is it possible to add a scroll bar?
Sometimes the bottom doesn't show and you have to go into the letter and
move the cursor down to the bottom to read it. Same with customer call
activity and contact manager activity boxes (make them like the tech
support notes)...let's get all these dialog boxes to be the same either
way...like consistency man... ;)

P.S. Everytime I see that moutain dew commercial where the guy's driving
the benz jumping buildings and speeding through the parking lot, I think of
you...do you ever do any moonlighting valet parking cars?
