Do you have the online signup setup to "capture domain"? That will allow
them to enter the domain, but as far as the action, you could use one of the
user definable fields for that if you wanted...

Domain registration should not be tied to the customer's billing cycle if
you are using the domain manager to handle the domain registrations...
