I just thought of this after seeing your answer to my last question. Is it
possible for us to create an account type that does not have an expiration
date? I know under the current situation it is not possible, but is
possible for you to make it so? I know you can change the account type to
not receive invoices, be billed, get past due notices sent (all in the
account preferences). I'm figuring that once you created an account of
this type, it may be difficult or impossible to change it over to one that
has a billing cycle item, but it is still better than us having to manually
change expiration dates to 2050 on accounts that do one-time or irregular
purchases (such as for hardware or consulting services). If one of those
customers decides they want to switch or add billing cycle service (say
such as access), someone may forget to change their expiration date and
they get free service till 2050! C'mon Shawn, I know you can do it...:)
