Nope... if there was a simple flag that could be toggled on/off, it would
not only require a complete redesign of the software core, but it would
also be prone to people accidentally clicking it on and then wonder why
some of their customers get free service.
So, it's not going to happen.
If you want to give poeple free service, you are going to have to set
their expiration date way in the future to something like the year 3000
or something.
