That's correct... a Sub-Account is two master accounts that are linked
together. They are independent of eachother in every way except they are
grouped together. So billing, invoicing, etc. are separate.

Yep, that's what a sub-account is for.

It's sent to subacc@mydomain.com, but by default the login is the same...
so...

Subacc CC is charged (also, by default it's the same). If you clear the
credit card info, it will not charge it. Just remeber that a sub account
is totally independent of the "main" account. A *slave* account is one
that is dependent on the master account.
