I've encountered another oddity. We invoiced for March on February 25. We
have it setup to invoice folks that are due in the next 7 days. I
encountered a customer whose expiration date was February 27, 1999 and is
setup for 1 month billing cycle, email invoicing. Everything else checks
out. However, the customer did not receive an invoice for March.
As I had mentioned in an earlier email, I keep encountering customers who
have not been invoiced. This includes customers who have been with us for
years, which excludes the "account just set up probably has an error" group.
As well as the customer mentioned in my last email that has *5* invoices
for March.
I don't know if we're doing something incredibly stupid and mysterious that
makes our data corrupted or if we're just a bit more retentive than most on
double-checking for accuracy.
I would appreciate your assistance.
