In each virtual domain's zone:
virtual.domain. MX 10 yourmailserver.your.main.domain.
Where yourmailserver.your.main.domain. is the same name in all of your
virtual domain zones.
In the your.main.domain. zone:
yourmailserver.your.main.domain. A www.xxx.yyy.zzz
In the reverse zone (e.g. yyy.xxx.www.in-addr.arpa.):
zzz PTR yourmailserver.your.domain.

If you only have one public IP address, it's probably more trouble than
it's worth to get it delegated to you. It'd likely be easier to just get
the ISP (or whoever has authority for the reverse zone) to make the PTR
point to the name you want. If they won't do that, then you can always use
their PTR name in your MX records (although it might not be very pretty).
