Chris,

I own the product. Are you telling me I can't be on the list as an owner of
the product? As for being an "old gripe" it is not old as the "gripe" as
you call it has never been resolved. I guess M&M figures they can ignore
their customers just like they ignore bugs in the product.

that would be a pretty shitty response. But then again, M&M has proven
they don't give a shit about customer service.

To this day I still have never received the second serial number. And
because I never received the second serial number I COULD NOT USE THE
PRODUCT I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR. Because v3.5 required the 2 serial numbers
in order to use it. This is why I couldn't use the product.

Further, the advertising said nothing about the upgrade being Mac specific.
The advertising stated multiple platform support.

So once again, I still have never received the product for which I paid and
M&M refuses to do the honest and ethical thing.

So beware anyone before giving them any more money. Repeated emails to
sales have ended up with "well for xx dollars you can get this or that"
totally ignoring that they never supplied what I paid for in the first
place.

So Chris you don't have to reply, that is fine by me. However, the lack of
response my the company you work for should be a huge warning to anyone
even thinking of buying a product from the company you represent.

Don't like it - fix the problem.
