I think I have been more than patient trying to get this. But
as they have repeated refused to send the key, I have been
asking for my money back for months which they also refuse.

I *had* asked nicely to sales many times prior to posting on
the list. I only posted to the list becuase sales refused to
respond.

Kind of like your rants about a certain domain? I suggest you
look in the mirror before commenting on others.

Maybe th eonly posts you remember are ones where I stand up
for myself. I have been ripped off by M&M and I want something
done about it. I apparently don't make as much money as you so
the money makes a difference to me. And to be clear the only
other list I am aware of that we are both on is the webstar
list. And yes, I have made comments about summary - and I have
the facts to back up everything I said about that crappy
company as well.

how many times is someone supposed to ask? 20, 30? I asked for
the Mac key, they refused. I asked for my money back as they
refused to give me what I had paid for, they refused. What
would you do? Just go crawl in a corner? Sorry, but I don't
let companies run over me like that.

they can either give me my money back - as they have refused
to provide the product I paid for, or I will get more than my
money's worth in lost sales to them.

Due to thier actions they have already lost a number of qdns
and dns expert sales. They will lose more as well.

What you have seen is only AFTER repeated private attempts. I
do not go public as the first step.

Your email simply shows that you don't have a clue. I suggest
you go back and read your own posts bitching about people
taking *your* domain.

The situation is simple. I ordered and paid for a product.
They screwed up their process (which they have publically
admited), they did not send second keys to many people. Many
people bitched, I repeatedly requested via email my keys. they
ignored the requests.

I asked about the linux keys based on their own advertising
(which in my opinion and the opinion of others was false and
misleading) they refused to even consider anything.

I still did not receive my second key, the initila release was
so buggy it crashed my server so I could not even use that.
They still refused to send me my paid for key.

I asked for my money back (considering I didn't have the
product I paid for), they ignored and then refused.

I didn't say anything for a while becuase apparently unlike
you I do have a life. I sent them emails starting over 1 month
ago, they still refuse to send the keys (even though I no
longer want the keys) and they refuse to give me a refund for
the product they have so far refused to provide for over 1
year.

So what would you do when you pay for a product and yet over 1
year later you still don't have it and repeated emails to the
company result in no response?

Why is asking for a refund such a big deal? They want to solve
the problem, easy. Give me my money back. Pretty simple. YOu
have soeone that does not wish to do business with your
because of your unethical and dishonest tactics so great,
refund their money.

It is not as if I asked for the inital purchase price back, I
only asked for the upgrade cost back. Yet the refuse. Shows to
anyone with a clue about customer service that they don't have
a clue.

I will cost them thousands of dollars in sales without a
doubt. All becuase they refused to provide a paying customer
with the product they paid for or give a refund.

It is really very simple.
