Billing Cycles? From: Zach Boettner Date: Tuesday, March 2, 1999

Say I have a customer who, for his first domain name (which he ordered
last month) he paid $200 which covers the whole year only for that
virtual domain account. Now, the same customer wants a new domain, but
wants to pay this one by the month ($20/mo).
So, we now have two billing cycles for this customer. On the "billing
cycle items" screen, it says...
Customer gets 13 months and
0 days credit each billing.
Total each billing: $220"
Go figure -- no when I go to invoice the customer, it charges him $220 -
EVERY MONTH. What's the solution? Don't tell me I have to remember each
of my customers yearly account aniversary dates, and bill their yearly
as a 1 time invoice. And don't tell me I have to make them a subaccount
for their monthly billing. ;-(
