Jeff,
For Web hosting this is a Web server issue, not a DNS issue. In your virtual host set up, just point both domains to the same folder. Or, set up a redirect page for "ying.com" to be redirected to "yang.com."
For e-mail serving, your e-mail program probably has the ability to forward mail to other domains or mail boxes.
The DNS server only points the Web client or mail to the appropriate IP address.
