We have required little from M&M since they coached us through the early
process of setting up QDNS, all requests and the second serial number
issues were handled promptly and professionally.
Our experience with this company has been exemplary. They are one of two
companies that I hold as the standard for the industry when it comes to
customer support, the other being PagePlanet Software, the makers of
MGI.
I would not hesitate to recommend QDNS and Men & Mice to anyone who
asked.
