Do you have QuickDNS Central installed on your workstation? When
QuickDNS Manager 4 tries to connect to a "server", it's asking for a
QuickDNS Central server.

Note also that QuickDNS Remote 4.0 for Windows 2000 requires Win2K
Server or Advanced Server, not Win2K Pro. This is because QuickDNS
Remote requires the presence of MS DNS.
