Declined Cards/PC Auth Hub

When we bill a credit card through Optigold into PC Auth hub, and the card
is declined, we are not seeing an entry in the PC Auth batch list
indicating such...we are ONLY seeing approved cards in the batch list...no
declines at all.

Is this a bug or is there a reason for it? If the card is declined I would
like to be able to see the reason why so I can at least tell the customer.

Also, if a card is approved, but it returns an invalid code to Optigold,
shouldn't it show up in the PC Auth batch listing as well?
