AFAIK, there is no such option in the Airport config. From my experience
(I've got an Airport base station on my home network), however, the Airport
does not block all ICMP traffic. I routinely ping hosts outside of my
network as a quick and dirty way of getting the base station to dial up an
ISP connection and it works just fine (the Airport Admin utility, stupidly,
can't control the base station's modem, and Internet Connect only allows
you to control a base station if you've got an Airport card in the machine
running IC). Coincidentally, I did happen to notice a couple of days ago
that I couldn't traceroute through the base station. Wasn't a big deal at
the time, but it could be frustrating if you need it.
