Search Again: Change Password Event From: Phillip Rodopoulos Date: Thursday, August 1, 2002 Time: 6:44:12 am Hi Shawn, I am in the process of setting up events in OptiGold. All is going well except that, as stupid as this sounds, I do not know what action causes the Change Customer Password event to fire. I've tried the obvious, going into the customer's profile and changing the password there, but I do not see an event triggered. Am I missing something here? Thanks.
